Account Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

AI-Powered Features

REdelegate uses artificial intelligence to assist with document processing, reminders, follow-ups, and transaction management. AI outputs are assistive — they are not authoritative and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before acting on it.

REdelegate is not a law firm, brokerage, or licensed advisor. Nothing in our service should be treated as legal, financial, or compliance advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions that require licensed expertise.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the documents, messages, and data you submit to REdelegate. By using the service, you grant REdelegate a limited license to process, store, and organize your data solely to provide and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

• Use REdelegate lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not submit fraudulent, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not misuse REdelegate branding, content, or forms.

Third-Party Integrations

Service Availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running reliably but may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

REdelegate is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs, third-party service disruptions, or data loss beyond what is within our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
