AI and Automated Processing

REdelegate uses artificial intelligence to extract, organize, and surface information from your documents and messages. AI-generated outputs — including summaries, reminders, and suggested actions — are designed to assist you, not replace your judgment. High-stakes actions such as offers, disclosures, and signatures always require your review and approval.

We do not use your personal transaction data to train general-purpose AI models. Your data is processed solely to provide and improve the REdelegate service for you.

Third-Party Services

REdelegate uses third-party services to operate, including cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform), messaging platforms (WhatsApp via Meta, Telegram), electronic signature providers when enabled, and analytics and scheduling tools. These providers process data as necessary to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We maintain multi-tenant isolation to keep your data separate from other users. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no system is completely secure.

We retain your account and transaction data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
